 Shadow is built tough to withstand the daily use of your phone. There are a few things to ensure your Shadow lasts a very long time.

2. Do not pull the retractable cable with excessive force

3. Do no pull the cable to the limit of the cable length.

4. When using the phone in portrait stand mode, be sure no to push against the phone with excessive force, this could cause damage to the doorway holding up the phone.
